Almost everything was great. The location, the check in, the parking, the cleanliness. The unit was modern and light. Our complaint was that all the beds were pretty uncomfortable in our unit and the pillows were extremely flat. A big thing if you’re really depending on a good nights sleep! I would book again but at least bring my own pillow if I could!

The room was fine. 4 of 6 elevators in the building were not working, and everyone was funneled into the other two. Both went to different sets of floors. Wait times were upwards of 30 minutes. Ended up having to take the stairs to the 31st floor twice.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and parking was very convenient. The location was excellent, with great views. Communicating with the host was easy, and feedback was prompt. I plan to stay here for a few more days in a while. The only problem was that the building's elevators were extremely difficult to access. On the upper floors, there was practically only one elevator available, and our family waited for over twenty minutes in two separate trips to reach our room. Out of six elevators across all floors, only two were operational, so the long wait times were a major issue. Those in a hurry should allow ample time for check-in and check-out.

First the positives: It is really conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Toronto, close to everything. If you come from Billy Bishop Airport no need for taxi or Lyft just hop on the free shuttle to Union Station and it is less than a 5 minute walk. Directly across the street is CN tower and for us Rogers Field (Amazing) and close to most other attractions. I had a hard time figuring out the WiFi (that was on me) contacted the host and problem solved immediately. All really great. Some cons (use your judgement): I did prior to booking read about the elevator issues. Yes you need to be extremely patient and be prepared to wait on a "Disney line" during peek times. Which is okay to some extent. However what we were not prepared for is that for the amount we paid, out of three elevators going to our floor, one was always out. Come one have all three working at least. The trick to this is there is another bank of elevators which only go directly to higher floors so if you are up high take those and walk down will save you about 20 to 30 minutes (no kidding). We skipped using the pools because of the elevator nightmare. The rental company should really have a talk with building management about this. Other than that our apartment had some slight prior damages (nothing crazy) but again for the money charged, how about some upkeep? Overall is it a bit pricey but can not beat the location. Wish they would address the elevator situation.
