Nice facilities. Room and bed were super comfy. Really clean. The evening front reception person on arrival was as nice as she needed to be, certainly not wanting to go above by any stretch, also had an interaction with one of their reservations people had been frustrating, don't try and extend your stay, they first told me I should go back to hotels.com book an additional night and a note could be left on their system when I call back, but when I did call again I was told they couldn't guarantee me the same room, no one would tell me that I could do such a thing. I got the impression that booking through hotels.com which must be through Expedia (as they all kept reminding me) was certainly looked down upon. Great door men. Easy location.

Delightful stay at King Edward
We loved our stay at King Eddie it was perfect. The position is excellent close to the St Lawerence Market and lots of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel

Good location but expensive Wi Fi
Good quality hotel in reasonably central location. Only downside was expensive Wi Fi use. ($14.95 was ridiculous )

Before you walk inside the hotel it looks very nice. Once you walk inside it's super elegant nothing like an Omni I ever stayed at. Reminds me more of a Ritz Carlton. The door guys were very nice and helpful. I must say though that the service at the front desk and in room dinning not so nice. You pay for service as well not just for the room. You would think the hotel would match it looks by its service. As I was checking in the lady couldn't find my reservation I was so tired from flying all day. Instead of helping me I had to call and speak to Hotels.com myself because she said she couldn't do it. After everything was good to go she gave me no information about the hotel she rushed to help the next day. She didn't even say there would be a hold on my card. I was so upset because I didn't have much money on me. By far the worst service ever.
