What a fantastic location. We traveled from Scotland to visit the theatre. The hotel was in walking distance of the station, the theatre and the restaurant we were having dinner at. The hotel was beautifully clean. They were having some upgrading work done during our stay but you wouldn’t have known. There was a free bottle of wine and some chocolates for the inconvenience which was a thoughtful idea. I would stay at this hotel again happily!

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from many sights. The rooms are old, carpet on the floor, small window. We had a room for 3 and it was extremely small. We barely could fit our luggage (2 suitcases). Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and we were not informed on this situation, or received any type of discount. The hotel offered croissants in the morning for the inconvenience. We appreciated the commercial gesture but all guests were quite surprised and disappointed by the impact of the renovation. The staff was very nice though.

Stayed here before, not changed, clean and tidy rooms, we booked a king size bed room so bigger and worth it. Water machines and re-usable water bottles on every floor and decent coffee machine for free near reception and convenience cupboards on each floor with free items from toothpaste to brushes. save for the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which it needs, which we were not pre-warned about, it affects the ambience, but not a practical issue in the main, great location, 5 minutes to Covent Garden but situated on a quiet park to escape the madness
