What a fantastic location. We traveled from Scotland to visit the theatre. The hotel was in walking distance of the station, the theatre and the restaurant we were having dinner at. The hotel was beautifully clean. They were having some upgrading work done during our stay but you wouldn’t have known. There was a free bottle of wine and some chocolates for the inconvenience which was a thoughtful idea. I would stay at this hotel again happily!

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from many sights. The rooms are old, carpet on the floor, small window. We had a room for 3 and it was extremely small. We barely could fit our luggage (2 suitcases). Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and we were not informed on this situation, or received any type of discount. The hotel offered croissants in the morning for the inconvenience. We appreciated the commercial gesture but all guests were quite surprised and disappointed by the impact of the renovation. The staff was very nice though.

Me and my teenaged son only stayed one night at the hotel as we were there to celebrate Arsenal winning the Premier League and participate in the Victory Parade. Hotel is very nice, good rooms, good bed, decent shower at a very affordable price. The entrance of the hotel is a quite street perfect for larger cars to park or to wait for an Uber. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore any of the real services of the hotel (breakfast, gym and so on) but it did it's job, few steps from Holburn Tube station so access to all directions. Extra info: one of the best burger joints EVER is about 200 meters away, the Honest Burger. Try their Chicken Wings!! 10/10. So good was this place that we ended up eating 3 times there (one night stay)
