I had a wonderful stay at the HB Xalapa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was amazing! I really slept well in and the room itself was well apportioned. The only reason I did not give top marks was because the WiFi was poor - I could not a consistent and stable connection and had to use data on my phone and give up trying to use my computer. For such a lovely hotel, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but other than those 2 things I was very satisfied with my stay.

MAL TRATO DE RECEPCIONISTA

Soy cliente muy frecuente de este hotel y me quedo por varios dias, el personal ya me conoce y en esta ocasion mi esposo se sintio mal y eran las 12:15 y no habiamos desocupado la habitacion entonces subio la recepcionista a tocar la puerta y nos dijo si no salen antes de la una se le cobrara otro dia,entonces mi esposo abrio la puerta y le dijo srita. Una disculpa es que me sentia mal pero en un momento nos vamos entonces ella le dijo pues si no salen ya antes de la una se les hara el cargo de otro dia de hotel a las 12:50 estaba yo entregando la llave en recepcion pienso que el hotel debe entrenar a su personal para que sea mas empatico con los huespedes un curso de relaciones humanas les vendria bien. Yo le hice saber a la recepcionista cuan molesta me iba yo del hotel por su mal comportamiento con nosotros y ella en vez de disculparse siempre dijo pretextos.
