Have stayed at this property many times over the years, and it's become our favorite place to stay in London. With the St. James tube station across the street, it's easy to get around, and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of rest of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities (including the Executive Lounge) are worth the additional cost. The rooms are spacious and the bedding VERY comfortable. They've made some changes since our last stay, including making the bar a more cozy, intimate space at night. The perfect place to enjoy a nightcap before turning in.

I loved this hotel! The location, the cleanliness, the service (expecially concierge Andrew and our room maid were terrific), the A/C - all great. I wish there were a electric outlet in the bathroom so we could blow dry our hair in the bathroom - there is NO outlet except for the outlet for a shaver. There was nowhere to blow dry my hair except over the coffee machine. Also, the bathroom is a bit dark. All else was excellent.
