Can I say how utterly unhappy I was with it.
Firstly, I had a shower on my arrival after a flight from Thailand and spending the day in Singapore. On stepping out of the shower and opening the shower curtain I noticed that the shower mat was floating in water and the bathroom was flooded!!
My husband came down to reception to get help. Someone came up, lifted the plug and to my discussed he pulled out a lump of someone else’s black hair!
He then left!
Did not sort the flooded floor, give us a clean dry bath mat or say sorry!
My next complaint is breakfast. I went and put some toast in the toaster for myself and it got stuck because other people had left bread in the toaster. So I kindly removed this with the tongs so my toast could come out. Just then, a man came from behind the counter shouting “ oi” at me!
So very very rude!
I said this is not mine and my toast is stuck. Again , no apologies were given and I was made to feel I had done something wrong when in fact I hadn’t.
I was not happy at all with my stay and have put in an official complaint but heard nothing back. As expected
