Manager was extremely helpful as well as the other staff. The chef at the buffet was extremely helpful. He even made my husband oatmeal even though it was not included in the buffet. Also when we checked out they held our bags so that we could sightsee some more before heading back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again and the location within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants including the Borough Market made it an excellent location.

It’s a great spot that can lead you to different attractions and transportation. There’s gift shops nearby and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean. I would return to this hotel for my future trip to London.
