Room was nice and comfortable but bathroom let it down, toilet had not been flushed and was full of toilet paper, cold shower would not heat up tried everything and then basin in shower was blocked and filled with water quickly. Rooms large & clean , corridor could do with a clean ( radiator window frames) Stayed in room 6 , no sound proofing what so ever with room 7 , everything could be heard ect. Not good when they turn the tv on at 6 am 🙈 Staff lovely & friendly.

Location for Stansted Airport good, in country though. Nice room, bed & shower but dinner is only up to 8:30pm and no breakfast available for early flights as it’s only served from 8am and needed to leave by 7:15. They did offer a takeaway breakfast but it was poor (they don’t normally offer it) and needs to be organised properly for it to be beneficial to the customer.

Country pub only 20 minutes from Stansted, good location for early flights. Rooms were good, beds were really comfortable and good shower. We left before breakfast started at 8am, and heard several leaving before us so it would be nice if there was a to go option of a breakfast bar, yogurt, piece of fruit etc.
