Best location! Accessible to many different train lines, and also it's so easy to walk to Umeda or surrounding cities. Staff was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the hot bath in the building every night, which was special for the hotel. The only thing was that the single room was rather small, but overall, I was very happy with the service and definitely would like to use this place again.

Great hotel at affordable price and great location
There were hardly any space between the desk and the bed, which made using the chair and the desk uncomfortable, and not really doable. Otherwise the room held the general APA hotells standard. Great simple rooms at a resonable price. They have everything one needs. I think the location is great. Going places couldn't be more convenient with a tube entrance just outside the hotell. Namba and other destinations reachable within 30 min. I wasn't able to use the bath because of a wound, but I would have appreciated the bath otherwise. It's just great. I noticed that noice isolation is quite poor (isolation from traffic and such), so maybe consider the higher floors.

Overall a good stay with easy to access train station directly in front of hotel entrance. Biggest issue was the very badly orientation of the furniture was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds are comfy. Bath amenities are complete with everything we need including toothbrush, comb, you name it…Basically, the guest doesn’t need to bring any bath amenities. The bathroom is a bit small. Be careful of the step at the entrance. I almost tripped getting into the bathroom. The overall experience is good.
