The hotel is great, are problem is with Expedia. We book and paid for one room. When we arrived we were told we had reservations for 2 rooms. The hotel demanded that we pay for the 2nd room also. We tried to resolve with Expedia support but in the end were required to pay for 1 night for the 2nd room. The room we reserved and initially paid for was excellent. We also liked the staff and the morning breakfast.

2nd stay here!
This is our 2nd stay here with our 2 kids and we love the convenience of the hotel location! The staff are approachable and took initiative when we found out our room door not closed properly after cleaning by them, the management checked on cctv before we requested and ensured us no one went into our room. Also, we did not ask for housekeeping during our stay, we were given 500 yen worth of preload card to be used at convenience store! This is not a lot of money but it meant a lot to support sustainability.
