A very welcoming hotel in a well connected location. Rooms were a good size, with all amenities either provided in room or available from the lobby. And even better they serve tea & speciality coffee free of charge all day in a beautiful lounge area, alongside free wine (red, white & sparkling), plus a variety of snacks from 5-7pm each night. This looks to be the same across the whole Intergate chain. Would highly recommend.

First time here, for business so needed to be near station but also far enough away to avoid taxi crowd. Hotel was very good. Modern, clean, everything works. Evening snacks and wine was great. I would have liked more breakfast options, particularly hot and well cooked scrambled eggs, or fried, and much better coffee. That said it was all fresh and better than many other Japanese hotels Iโ€™ve stayed at. Happy to return here one day.

Had such a great stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt super welcoming โ€” they even had a nice welcome drink waiting which was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast selection was also pretty good! One thing I loved was how much they had going on for guests. They shared entertainment schedules and activities, so there was always something fun to do without even leaving the hotel specially for only a night stay. The hotel must have been newly renovated because the rooms and bathrooms are new and clean. I am very sensitive to cleanliness and I will return to this hotel again. Much prefer this hotel over a 5 star hotel that has not been renovated. The location is excellent as it is a 5 min walk to Osaka station and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet.
