It was great, clean, comfortable, staff were nice. It was also surprisingly quiet given the fact that my room was facing busy street, but double glazed windows solved that problem. Honestly I would stay more often if it was a bit cheaper, lol. The only thing I didn’t like was the location, it’s very accessible with transport but just not the nicest part of London.

Travelling with two young children we wanted more than just a hotel room. Aparthotel provided a space where the boys could play and my wife and I could relax. We had a small kitchen so were able to have our breakfast in the room, again allowing for a more chilled breakfast. The location was superb, one underground line into the centre of London and the main street full of inviting cafes and other amenities. Would definitely book again when next visiting London.

Great accommodation. 3 adults on a leisure break & good to have a decent space. Sofa bed was comfortable & large. All staff really friendly. Great breakfast selection & quality. 5-10 minute walk to the tube. Shops & takeaways all around. A multi cultural area close to the city. I may have felt a bit hesitant to walk from the tube if alone due to groups of people around - although didn’t see anything which caused concern. Would definitely stay again if the price was good.

The staff were all so lovely and welcoming! The room was the perfect size and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and an overall great stay. The only negative I have is there is a small section in the room which have sensors that can trigger an alarm which I think is a bit annoying. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

The property itself was nice, just down the street from the train station. The 4 bedroom unit that we stayed in had a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms in the bedroom which made the whole room smell terrible. The staff didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. For the amount of money paid, they really need to have that fixed. Otherwise, comfy beds and good enough for a couple nights.

The hotel was great--the room was very clean and well designed, with pretty much every amenity we could wish for, and excellent air conditioning during a heat wave (windows couldn't be opened). Staff were friendly and helpful. Inside the room, it was quiet. The area was very lively and busy and it was often very crowded on Whitechapel Road, day and night, either when the market was going on, or at other times when people would often stand around in clumps blocking the sidewalk. I never really felt unsafe, but the crowds got me down as they made it difficult to get from A to B. But that's not the hotel's fault! On a positive note, it's very close to central London and convenient for the Tube and Heathrow, with the District, Hammersmith & City, and Elizabeth lines all going through Whitechapel. Next time I would stay in a less busy spot (I fly to London fairly regularly but this was my first time staying in Whitechapel). If this hotel was in a quieter area, I would stay again in a heartbeat. :)
