Quiet hotel away from main street but...
Staff were friendly and helpful, but during our stay, there was construction next door which was disturbing sleep as early as 7:30-8:00 am and sporadically throughout the day. Not ideal if we wanted to relax in the middle of the day or before dinner. Unless you're planning to stay out all day and only come back during the evening, the construction can be hear especially throughout the higher floors. Otherwise, hotel was fine.

We loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The staff was great, very nice and very helpful. After checking out and taking a great tour the hotel arranged we had to wait a few hours for our transportation back to the Sapa train station. The hotel let us use a room to rest up and freshen up free of charge. That was a real lifesaver. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. If we ever come to Sapa again we would definitely stay here. Great Hotel.

Great hotel in Sapa town
The hotel is situated very conveniently in Sapa town but being on a side road means it's not noisy. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and gave us lots of good advice re the local attractions. I had a premier class room which was beautifully furnished with lots of soft lighting so was very relaxing.

This is a lovely hotel located close to everything you need in Sa Pa. The rooms are bright (mountain view rooms are amazing), clean and spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and lots of a la carte items to choose as well. David and his team are wonderful and welcoming and helped to arrange a trekking guide. A perfect stay in Sa Pa!

Great experience! Room is spacious, well furnished and clean. Location is very strategic, just next to the Stone Church at town centre. What really makes Sapa Horizon Hotel stands out is the people. This is the most friendly and cosy hotel we have stayed in. The rooms feel homely, the location is quiet but close to everything and the views of the mountains are unbeatable. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff. David and Tom go out of their way to help with any need. All the staff are impeccable. Had an exceptional stay a the Sapa Horizon Hotel. Conveniently located less than 100 meters off the city square, the hotel is in the center of everything but just far enough off the busier streets for a quiet stay. The staff was very welcoming and provided spot on recommendations on attractions and dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable. To borrow a saying from boxing, Sapa Horizon punches above its weight class. Highly recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location, hidden in a quiet corner just beside the church. A short 2 minutes walk and you are right smack in the middle. Front Desk Manager and Bellboy were two exceptional people who made the trip alot better. I believe the hotel will have a great view if it isnt so foggy

Lovely hotel in Sa Pa.
Couldn’t fault the staff and service received here. Above and beyond the usual pleasantries, they are so keen to ensure your stay is perfect. The bed was so comfy and room clean and pleasant. The only disappointment was the weather which meant we couldn’t see the wonderful view from our room! Not the fault of the hotel at all though.
