Great bargain! Reduced price, so gave it a go....most impressed with clean, spacious room, great shower. On-site restaurant served a brilliant evening meal, as well as buffet breakfast. Great stay, well recommended.

Spotlessly clean and spacious room. 1 bed less comfy than the other ( could feel the springs) Staff were lovely, so helpful. Hotel was quiet, no road noise at all. My only issue was getting out of the site. The place needs better signs.

Value for money However?
Excellent value for money for one night stopover while traveling. Comfortable beds although could do with cleaning underneath periodically. Shame that the nice shower room refurbishment was let down by not completing it with paneling on ceiling, where there was peeling paintwork. Could easily be better.

All round good stay, very helpful and friendly staff. 1st night the heating wasnt working, they would of probably resolved it that night but i left it til the next morning and while i was out that day they resolved the problem, so cant fault that at all. Plenty next door in the service cente. And a bar at reception to get a beer, pretty good all round would come again

Clean hotel with friendly staff which was ideal for a one night family stay before attending an event in the city. The restaurant served simple but tasty food which was better than sitting in the services next door. Breakfast was just what we needed with lots of choice.

An old and tired property. In need of renovation. The hotel is close to the A14 and a truck park is right outside your window. Both the curtains and the window do not do their job, and led to a very poor nights sleep. Will not be visiting again.

All good until my toiletries were removed without notice on the last day. Unfortunately the mgmt have been unable to Deal with it as they passed it around. I lost out with a simple sorry but no compensation for replacement.
