A fabulous experience during my stay. The checkin staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Nightly activities for a better Japanese experience enhanced my stay in the property. Good stay close to namba station and dotonbori. We stayed in two different room types and the first room with a pole in the middle of the room felt small and hard to open luggages. The second room was more standard and feels a bit more spacious without the pole. Massage chairs and happy hour is a plus. Reception was able to help me prepare and ship my luggage. Overall great stay.

We booked two rooms, one with two single beds, and one with three single beds. The rooms were small in size, as expected for hotels in Japan. But the overall experience was good. The lobby was spacious and provided free ice-cream, drinks and coffees. It was good value for money. The location was perfect. Close to the Namba station and all the shopping areas. Will recommend.
