Our family enjoyed a four night stay at Hotel Keihan Universal. The primary draw was obviously the location next to USJ, but it served us well during the other parts of our Osaka travels as well. The room was very clean, staff were welcoming, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and the onsen was a really nice addition. Specifically we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room for our family of four, along with the in-room refrigerator and tea kettle. Dining options next to the hotel were plentiful, which made it easy to grab dinner or a snack after a long day. Its proximity next to the train station made it easy to access. We also appreciated the onsite washers and dryers, which allowed us to pack lighter on our trip.

We enjoyed the excellent service from Keihan Universal Tower. The check-in & check-out procedure is smooth. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect for my kids bath together.
