I loved this hotel for my extended stay in Paris! It was affordable without sacrificing comfort. It has everything you need, especially if you’re planning to be out and about all day. Great location too, right in the heart of Montmartre!

It is a tiny little hotel in Monmartre area in a walking distance from Moulin Rouge and Pigalle. Thrre are plenty of cafe and restaurants around. We appreciated the cleaness and courtesy of the staff.

There are 2 night clubs on either side of the hotel. Extremely noisey til 3am. We asked to be moved to an uppe floor and they wanted t9 charge us extra. We paid $320/night. Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Stayed at hotel B, 6 blocks away for less and it was amazing. Highly reccomed them. Not bonsejour.

At the booking moment the hotel was rated with 3 stars but the real rate is only one star , very small place (room) , people in front desk barely understood other languages , i was not able to do a proper check out today as there was no body at the reception so I tried to find some one but it seems they were sleeping ( 5.40am) , so i just left the key on the front desk as I needed to leave quickly .

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a great location. However the room and shower room were very small (a common complaint in Paris so that wasn’t a huge surprise). No drawer or shelf storage for clothes (only a hanging rail) and no storage/shelving in the bathroom made for an irritating stay. It was also very noisy at night outside in the street and early in the morning with delivery/refuse trucks.

Fantastic location in Montmartre, lovely helpful staff. Hotel rooms very small and basic. It was also very hot when we were there and there is no A/C or fans. The bar across the road was very noisy on a Friday night until 3am so with noise and heat not much sleep was had. The staff then got us a fan and the next 2 nights were quieter so overall it was OK.

I really love this hotel! The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Monmartre rooftops. Staff was super lovely and helpful. The room is small, which I love, but just letting others know. Does feel bigger with huge windows open though. Besides, this neighborhood is for walking around…That said, with the balcony and view it is intimate and definitely romantic if traveling with a partner. Ignore reviews of any hotel in this neighborhood of people complaining about noise. Monmartre is noisy and filled with late night cafés. It’s the charm of the area! Hope this helps people. I will be staying here again!!

Charming and great location in Montmartre
Hotel Bonsejeour Montmartre is in an amazingly beautiful, hilly, friendly, artsy section of Paris near Sacre Coeur with an abundance of cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It is walking distance from many other Paris sites, and also near 2 Metro stations for easy transportation to other sites. The hotel reception staff is wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. While there was no refrigerator in our room, the staff let us use their refrigerator for medication storage. There is a great, small, grocery store directly across the street. The rooms were cozy, functional, with comfortable beds. Our room had several beautiful windows that open outward for the most delightful views and breeze, along with a strong fan. We stayed in 2 room right across from each other, which was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The absolute worst exp
Absolute rubbish. This is more like a motel or hostel than a hotel. I was charged $355/night for this junk. But on their website rooms are going for $89 so hotels.com is scamming. They gave us a room that was quite literally next to the registration desk. As in we heard every conversation and bump throughout our nights sleep. One hotel guest was up and taking until 4am at reception. The bathroom was so small you could not close the shower door otherwise you wouldn’t be able to get out. I have started at 100s of hotels and I have never seen such false advertising of a room or hotel.
