For some reason this is the third time i have submitted a review for this stay, so it kind of irritating. The resort staff is great and friendly. No one has apologized fot the fact that I reported a used baby diaper under the pull out couch when we set it up. The visit was also cut short due to the power outage Saturday night related to the fire in Reno. The resort has no emergency generators.

The property was excellent. We stayed in a beautiful and very well maintained suite. Location was a short walk from the center of Northstar village. Also Highland ski gondola was about a 5 minute walk away, even with ski boots on, it gave us fairly easy access to the slopes and the Ritz Carlton restaurant.

We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware. Bring your own seasonings though! We loved walking to the village and highlands gondola for skiing. The ski valet was also so amazing & convenient, while underground parking is great when there's snow. Highly recommend for families who value being close to the slopes!
