A family room suite that sleeps 6 with 2 towels, 1 roll of toilette paper, no shampoo/rinse stocked in shower. Front desk told me they clean on 3rd day, the day we were leaving!!! Coffee was disgusting and I am not picky.

Okay stay with a few minor issues
Overall stay was good enough, fairly close to Disneyland, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Had to park in a parking garage just next to the hotel which was a bit of nuisance with our luggage, the pool area wasn’t as nice as the pictures suggested it was and the pillows in the room were terrible.

Not worth the price
This hotel has a great location, but that is it. The rooms smelled, the carpet was dirty, and the service was poor. I was told there would be room cleaning, but no one ever came. The room was issued to us without all the linen and it smelled.

Disappointing despite the great location
Great location, but I wasn’t impressed with a number of things. The door handle to the bathroom was barely attached and there was a used chapstick on the carpet which tells me that it wasn’t cleaned very well. The gentleman at the desk told me I had to turn the parking keycard in to the front desk to avoid a $45 fee (even though there’s a drop box at the structure), which took 45 MINUTES to do. There were five people double parked and a line out the lobby door of people needing help.

Beware - coackroaches!
We stayed here for our annual trip to Disneyland and chose this hotel for the bunk bed feature in the family suite, but I wish we would’ve spent a little more to get a newer, nicer hotel. The location is convenient, but this hotel needs a lot of love and updates. The main issue we had was the multiple cockroaches we found scattering through our room after a long day in the parks. We told the front desk immediately and they told us that they were actually “water bugs” that come out when it rains, without even seeing the actual bug. They sent maintenance up to our room to spray something from an unmarked bottle and did nothing more. Not even an apology or

Wish I’d just spent the extra $ for the Hilton
The rooms were alright but the cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. Mildew in the shower, empty soap/shampoo dispensers, bird poop on the sheer curtain. Made me wonder how clean the room really was.
