Needs some updating
Pool area was not completely open. Water slides were closed and didn’t know when booked. Pool is aged, needs some repairs- maybe offer discounted price until repairs are completed? Good options are limited on site- the restaurants are open to public so fills up quick and if you don’t have a reservation- you will have to end up getting food to go. I wish they made more restaurants on site for hotel guests only. Also, more food options. Room service had good options but there was no other restaurant around which offered those options for sitting down with a meal. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Spent our time at the pool- and ate all our meals there. Which was just ok. Not great. I wish the resort had more activities for the kids- offered at the hotel, besides the pool.

Not so Magical
Less than expected. I had spoken to Disney during booking and they said there was construction on the downtown Disney side so I should change our view to pool side. When we arrived all the slides were closed (which is one of the two reasons we booked). When there we were able to see the new Villas building, it isn’t finished yet. We couldn’t get through to room service, so we walked to Downtown Disney in the rain. Ps. If it’s raining, the park does stay open. So no ticket returns. But if you like the rain short lines.
