It started with the hotel reaching out to me a day before my arrival asking how they can help - expected arrival time, activities that I was interested in, and any other help needed. Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced.
