Staff aims to please! Room was top notch, breakfast was over the top. Most of all is the location, Centro Cartagena, inside the UNESCO Heritage walled city. The hotel is across from a spacious park and surrounded by restaurants. Steps away, next to the park, is a Cartagena street-food specialty, arepa de huevo. What a special hotel. Our loft room with balcony was comfortable and super-cute. The daily breakfast was great. The rooftop terrace, bar, and tiny pool was a great way to end the day. The staff helped us find a driver to take us on an excursion to Baru. All around A++.

Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.
