The check-in was delayed two times due to ”the cleaners being sick”. No apologies from the staff. The mini-fridge was not working. No cleaning during the entire stay and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Wifi was not working properly!

For the room I got, which was the last affordable room, it was ok. It was very compact and a little cramp though. With the shared bathroom, they really need a sliding door or something because there's a glass wall that only covers half the shower and you need to use the squeegee to sweep the water towards the drain so it doesn’t go towards the sink and toilet. The Victoria area was very nice. I highly recommend the Prince Of Wales pub on the corner near the hotel.

Love the location. Near transport and lots of restaurants. The hotel itself was pretty basic. The room was tiny and not the cleanest. Good for a short term stay if you just need a bed for the night.

I would recommend! It was super close to the train station and the 24 bus which takes you to the big ben and soho. The room was small and not in super clean condition but it was definitely worth the cost. Room has a fridge which was super nice and is right around the corner of a grocery store and lots of restaurants!

The room was so filthy! Hair in the bed, tissue on the floor, etc. They changed my room but the new one was still old, dirty, and walls so thin I could have transcribed the neighbours' conversations! Noise until about 3am, woke up at 7, showered in the filthiest of shared bathroom you've ever seen and went to another hotel. Lost a night but never mind, this was not of acceptable standard. How they still have their 2 stars is a mystery to me!

Good value for a hotel right by Victoria.

I thought this was a very reasonably priced hotel considering it is literally 5 mins walk from Victoria! Room was fine - memory foam mattress meant a good night's sleep. Shower was nice and powerful, there was a fridge and a tv so overall I was happy. Only very slight thing was there didn't seem to be a remote for the tv but that was a minor thing.
