Very cute hotel, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment. Walking distance to both Victoria train and coach station. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and friendly staff. We were there during a heat wave and unfortunately the air conditioner in our room kept breaking.

6/10 Good

Staff very helpful and great location. However we had a room that did not look like the photos, and was very small and awkward for three people. Probably the worst room, and shouldn’t be rented as a three-person one. No room to put a second suitcase, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed and Shower and sink too small.

We were made very welcome by the staff and our room was very clean comfortable. The whole hotel had been recently renovated in a very tasteful way. We can recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation near Victoria coach or train station as it is located in a pleasant part of Pimlico only 7 minutes walk away. It is also a 30 minute walk from Westminster Palace, Abbey and the Churchill War Rooms.

Nice stay, beds comfy, room was pretty clean, ideal location, close to the Apollo Victoria theatre, Victoria station and about a 20-30 min walk to the Big Ben, London eye & Buckingham palace. Would stay here again :)

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. The location was very central and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel was modern and clean and a great value considering the prime location. It was a 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace and the tube. If you like to walk, at most you are half an hour from most major sites.

We got there early in the morning before check in time and the staff were very helpful and tried to find a room where we could rest before starting the day. We really appreciated that.
