We were made very welcome by the staff and our room was very clean comfortable. The whole hotel had been recently renovated in a very tasteful way. We can recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation near Victoria coach or train station as it is located in a pleasant part of Pimlico only 7 minutes walk away. It is also a 30 minute walk from Westminster Palace, Abbey and the Churchill War Rooms.

We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. Our room was in the bottom of the annex. Immaculately clean, great condition facilities. Very quiet at night and in a great location. Just a few mins walk to Victoria station. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
