My trip to London was planned around taking day tours from the Victoria Coach Station so this location was perfect, being only 1 block away. It was also super convenient to the Victoria Train terminal. So A+ for location. The hotel however was a bit odd. The rooms were not on a level floor. You had to go up 3 steps then down 2 steps then up 3 again. My room entrance was at the edge of a steep flight of stars, and there were rooms down there. Imagine having to carry your suitcase down and up those stairs. The bathroom was also very small and hard to get around, and they didn't provide any of the toiletries one comes to expect like shampoo and conditioner.

Facilities were very good and clean, staff were helpful. The building itself has thin walls, You're able to hear people coughing in the next room. It's also built very near/on Victoria station railway line, and the building vibrates when trains go by. Overall, not a good night sleep.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked really well but the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor and you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the 4th floor, which isn't ideal when you have lots of luggage! A lot of choice for breakfast but the hot options were limited. The hotel is also next to a railway line but during the night wasn't too bad.

O quarto é limpo, os funcionarios atenciosos, cafe da manhã muito bom. O problema foi o ar condicionado, não tem o controle no quarto, e a temperatura dependia do calor do funcionario do front desk. Teve dias que estava muito frio e outros muito quente. Deveriam deixar o hospede regular a temperatura do seu proprio ambiente. Tivemos que comprar moleton para poder dormir e nos dias quentes acordamos achando que estavamos no verão de um pais tropical.

Room & facilities were very clean. Good breakfast. We left before breakfast was served on our last day & were able to get takeout bags -very nice & helpful. Best place I've seen for having plenty of charging ports above the bedside tables. A little annoying seeing laundry bags & vacuum cleaners left in hallways & on landings 24 hrs per day for our entire 5 day stay.

Estava viajando sozinha e o quarto é perfeito para isso! Super limpinho e chuveiro ótimo! Os funcionários são super receptivos e gentis, o que fez toda diferença! Consegui fazer os principais pontos de Londres a pé, então o local tem essa comodidade, além de ser bem perto da Victoria Station! O café da manhã é simples, mas justo! Um ponto é que por ser próxima da estação, pode ocorrer de escutar os trens, p mim isso não foi um problema, mas pode ser um incômodo p outras pessoas!
