The interaction with the hotel right from making the booking set the tone of how excellent they take customer service and how important their customers are. The bed was really comfortable and the room including the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was of good quality and freshly prepared. Service was with a smile which was lovely. The hotel takes security and safety seriously which is reassuring with me being a solo traveller. I couldn't fault my stay and hope to be back to stay very soon.

Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. The reception is 24 hours. The breakfast is cooked to order and is simple good food. The location is close to the river and a short walk from Pimlico station with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
