Nice hotel - poor booking service
Lovely little place, very clean and peaceful.
Booked via Hotels. com for 2 adults 1 child in 1 room.
upon arrival we were told this was not the case and we would have to pay for an additional room and put 1 of our party seperate.
We had little choice due to time and availability.
The hotel advise this has happened before and that Hotels. com are to blame as it has happened a few times.
With this knowledge, I'd have expected the hotel to pi k up. on this and contact the customer.
2 days of calls and fobbing off and I have a refund from Hotels. com.
A lovely hotel but be cautious of you're a family group.

The staff and the pub was excellent and the facilities were great. It was clean. The room was nice and the view was really nice. Parking literally next door. The breakfast was really good and well priced.
Overall really appreciated and definitely recommend this place.

Very happy with our stay, only suggestion is that the room could do with a couple more bits of furniture (another bedside table & a rail for hanging clothes or wardrobe ).
Fantastic views of the valleys

I think the hotel or Expedia should update their website, I was expecting to find a restaurant where I could dine but no it was no longer open, it talks of a golf course there is not
The rooms are heated until you arrive and turn the radiator on yourself, fine very energy conscious but the radiator didn’t heat the room and the heating was turned off around 10 pm it was not pleasant I won’t be returning

Very friendly, clean, quiet and great value!
We came to see Hebden Bridge and the surrounding villages etc but the
B&B's were booked out and expensive. This pub is not far and it was a great decision. All newly decorated and new bed etc. Brand new ensuite. Garry the pub owner was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. It is such good value and we were very glad we picked it. It was a 10 minute drive to Hebden Bridge and we paid half what they wanted in Hebden Bridge. It wasn't noisy as the patrons seem very friendly and well behaved. It made out stay very pleasant. Highly recommend it.

Nice people, friendly welcome, room was clean and comfortable and good value. However the parking was a challenge at all times and no breakfast was offered. For an older person the lump on the floor going into the bathroom was a risk.
