My wife and I stayed here for a few days so we could travel into Whitby. The hotel is amazing with a very cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. The staff were incredible and were always friendly, the food from the restaurant was lovely as well. The room itself was full of character with 2 floors, heated floor, remote control skylight and a useful TV downstairs. My only gripes were the outside noise as the hotel is located by a busy main road that at certain hours got very loud, there was also a fair amount of banging and drilling which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. We found that the downstairs couch was a bit uncomfortable after sitting on it for awhile and considering it’s the only seating downstairs we had to use bits of our bed to make something comfortable so we could watch TV. Overall we loved our stay, the aesthetic and the people where amazing and it’s right across the street from the park and ride into Whitby!

We had a lovely unigue room with a very comfortable four poster bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with plenty of choice on the menu. Beautiful gardens to sit in when the weather is favourable. I would highly recommend.
