Beautiful place and location in the Heart Of Condesa. Couldn’t find anything better. Wish there was an elevator, but at least we only had to walk Up 2 flight of stairs with our suitcases.

The property was nice and very spacious. We are a family of five so we liked the two full bathrooms. All of us fit on the couches in the livingroom. We felt safe walking at night in the neighborhood.

Our stay at the ULIV was good but not great. The area is super safe, and the 24 he security guards are very kind. It was a wonderful neighborhood and walking distance or a short Uber to much of what we wanted to do and see. The property is cute, updated, and well furnished. However, the construction of a few elements seemed cheaply done, and was in disrepair. The shades on the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows were all broken, so we couldn’t open them. Also there were only two towel hooks for a 2br 2ba apartment. The hand towel holders were falling off the walls, and the door knobs were loose. I would still stay here again because it was great for a group or a family, but I hope they take time to fix things up!

The proximity to the Amsterdam Circle was perfect! Just a block away. Security downstairs was very friendly and around 24/7. Accommodations were comfortable with the necessary amenities. The balcony was our favorite feature, as it spanned the length of the apartment -- through the living room and along the bedroom. Fantastic.

Mafer is a gracious hostess and was very helpful throughout our stay. Just a few things I would've wanted to know before reserving: 1. There is no air conditioning (but plenty of fans which helped immensely) 2. The penthouse suites are on the 5th floor (and no elevator so quite a trek) 3. The king bed in the penthouse suite is in a loft area of the central room so no sound/light separation or privacy. 4. The railing along the stairs and lofted bedroom have no balusters, meaning under the handrail is open space. Especially if traveling with children this is a safety hazard. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for a great and safe location in CDMX.

We couldn't reach the property. We were approched outside by pretty dodgy individuals, we had to fleed and did not stay. I asked for a refund and it was denied, since it was "non-refundable ". But when the street is unsafe at night, I believe some flexibly would be in order.

My husband and I had a great stay at ULIV Condesa. The unit was bright and spacious. Furnishings modern. The kitchen had only the bare basics tableware and pot/pans, salt, pepper and oil. Security aunties are the best. Extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would recommend the host provide better instructions in gaining initial access to the unit and entering/leaving the building (what button to push to call,waving over sensor to exit). Luckily we know a small amount of Spanish so could understand the guards' instructions, I don't know if everyone else will understand. It was easy to walk to most of the restaurants we had bookmarked within a 15 minute walk. We would stay here again.
