Everything about the hotel was great, from check in to check out we had no complaints. The only issue we had was when we were leaving the lifts were incredibly busy & we couldn’t get on with our suitcases therefore after 15-20mins waiting we ended up carrying them down the stairs - not easy from the 4th floor with 3 children.

The only downside really were the crowded elevators during busy periods. You need to plan for the elevator time in your schedule if you don’t want to be late.
