We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It served as a fantastic, convenient base for exploring London’s major attractions. We were thrilled to check in early, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. Having access to the complimentary laundry room was an absolute game-changer while traveling. The daily English breakfast was also great and the perfect way to power up for a busy day of sightseeing, while the staff provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations. The only minor downside was the elevator—it can be quite slow, and one unit was out of order for part of our stay. However, the staff was extremely proactive in notifying guests and guiding us to alternative routes to our room. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing is the ventilation- the air is quite stale and it was often quite hot in the room. The hotel seems aware of this issue and had fans available. But I still don't think it was sufficient to cool to the rooms. Also, the layout of the room is a bit odd. The washroom is hard to get in/ out of, as it is via a sliding door entrance immediately beside the bed. The staff were very helpful, the gym was great and it was lovely to have laundry facilities on site. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food. Location is not bad, it is about a 10-15min walk to the closest tube station. I think if the hotel improved its ventilation issue it would be a more pleasant experience.

The hotel is not sufficiently air conditioned. We thought we were lucky coming to London on a week that wasn't under a heat wave but the hotel rooms were still quite warm/hot. There were fans all over the hallways indicating many people needed them. I got a 2 bedroom suite and we had 3 cooling units and 3 fans running and it was just bearable. Our 2nd room was just a standard suite, it was still warmish, but not as bad so they only needed one industrial fan. I have to say the staff were extremely apologetic and were trying to accommodate best they could, but if you're used to western standards for air conditioning, this hotel will not suffice in the summer months. Breakfast buffet was decent, rooms were clean. Elevators can take a long time so I would recommend staying on a lower level and take the stairs.
