They accommodated an early check-in and that was lovely after a red eye. They had 24 hour menu and the food was amazing for jet lag. Arman was very nice and helpful. Such a great experience. The hotel was walking distance from paddington station. The room was comfortable and the shower was great! Overall we will go back if we get the opportunity to travel to London again!

Spacious (for London) clean room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet. Large TV. Tasty food in the restaurant. Nicely located with healthy inexpensive food options and Little Venice nearby, and of course Paddington station. Small frig but no microwave. Bathroom needs a redo, cramped, water soaking the floor after showering, faucet awkwardly placed, not enough towel bars, and I had to fix the drain plug. No outlets in the bathroom nor near the beds. Mattresses mediocre. But a decent value overall.

Very disappointed.
I paid more for this hotel in between a busy weekend with an early shift. The .ain reason to use the pool and relax for 12 hours.
I found the staff unhelpful and rude. The pool was closed with no prior warning
