Pool is small but most welcome for unwinding after travel or to start the days off. Steam room and sauna enhance the experience. Unattended nature of pool not ideal for young or lone swimmers. Fitness suite is adequate for a simple workout and equipment modern and working well. Altogether a great asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons we booked.

They accommodated an early check-in and that was lovely after a red eye. They had 24 hour menu and the food was amazing for jet lag. Arman was very nice and helpful. Such a great experience. The hotel was walking distance from paddington station. The room was comfortable and the shower was great! Overall we will go back if we get the opportunity to travel to London again!

Room was warm, due to it being quadruple glazed. Stopped outside noise though and room was spotless. Toilet is in separate room which is great apart from no sink in there so have to walk around the room to wash your hands. Breakfast was your typical middle class buffet breakfast, good but not exceptional. Really nice hotel in a really great location. Bout 5 minute walk from Paddington station and within a business area so no noise after 6pm. Receptionists were really cheerful and helpful. Will defo stay again.
