I stayed for 2 nights on business and had one of the refurbed rooms. Loved the hotel and amenities and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing, they even had Oatmilk!! Lots of choice too. Will definitely stay again.

8/10 Very good

Great Hotel, very helpful staff, clean comfortable room, easy walk to amenities. I wish i had of known they were renovating though as the noise from that was a pain. This Hotel is also very expensive. I know its London, but i have stayed in Paddington before with a similar type of room for $200 Cdn less a night.

8/10 Very good

Nice place to stay and staff were amazingly helpful. The housekeeping and reception staff are doing a good job. However, room service is not doing so well. Calls from rooms for food, or drinks go unanswered.

10/10 Exceptional

A five-minute walk from Paddington Station, easy access to London’s main attractions by train, Tube, or bus. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, although the hotel’s own bar and restaurant are good as well. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

4/10 Fair

Not a 4 star experience. Empty bottle in the room , could be filled from a dispenser at the elevator, not what I expect in a 4 star hotel. Quiet location, a little wak from the Padddington trainstation...might be a shortcut I didn't find.

We only stayed for one night but the hotel was clean and modern. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There are plenty of social spaces inside and out. We didn’t eat as there are lots of places locally. It’s located in a great area, a two minute walk from Little Venice and Paddington station.

10 mins walk from Paddington station through a very safe, well lit and modernised area. Lots of shops and restaurant close by though we had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant. Lovely breakfast and efficient lifts!
