The hotel was very clean and was the sky bridge to the convention center was incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and everyone from the desk concierge to the maid service was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great view of the ballpark from the 19th floor. Room was immaculate. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, was the $50 Early Check-in fee. It was Opening Day for the Orioles, so I had to get there 4 hours early to secure a hotel parking spot. I got one of the last parking spots. It would have been nice if they kept enough spaces for everyone that had booked a room. My friend showed up an hour later and had to park 5 blocks away and he had a room reservation. So, at least for Opening Day, they should have waived the $50 fee, imo.
