Don’t expect to check in even a second early. I’ve never been to a hotel, motel, or inn anywhere where you couldn’t check in at least a few minutes early. Other than that, location is good, rooms are clean, close to restaurants and shopping, and can’t beat the price.

Steal your deposit and cc number
This hotel makes you give a $200 deposit for a $144 room. You won’t see your money returned. They steal the deposits. They also steal your credit card number and enter it into a separate computer. They probably sell the numbers to scammers. Do not stay here.

Feels and looks like home
This hotel really gives you the feel of a studio appartment. They have a big fridge, stove, mivrowave, cuttleries, pots, etc. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.

Very bad experience in Toronto
It was the worst experience of the year, all the receptions were amateur and the man was rude! I asked him if there was some water which is free in Canada but he answered rudely and denied it. No elevator then we should carry 2 big luggages by the stairs.

We had 2 concerts to attend in Toronto and decided to stay nearby rather than repeat a 2hr drive each way both days. Location was very good for us, the room was very clean & comfortable, plus the staff at check in was great. Coffee, tea & cookies were available in the lobby every time we went. Will definitely book here in the future.

Only a few power outlets and one wasn’t working until the second day. Minimal space in bathroom for personal health items. TV cutting out occasionally on some stations. Excellent coffee available in office plus a few breakfast snack items. Tim Hortons next door for more.

Cutest little hotel.
Cutest little hotel right off the highway. Great price for the location and booked only a few days before I needed to be there and wasn't met with outrageous charges like some of the hotels closer to the city. Comfiest bed I have been in at a hotel in quite some time. TV was a little wonky with reception but we weren't there to watch tv. Walked across the highway overpass to the mall in less than 10 minutes to do some shopping and get dinner. I would highly suggest this location if you are traveling through this area and need a cute and affordable hotel to stay at.

Nowhere in the booking does it show the security deposit. Yes, I know I will get it refunded - it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I had the available credit. Secondly, I am not from the country. I had my out of state ID. In order to complete my stay this was not good enough. I needed proof of citizenship to book my stay so I ended up having to contact expedia customer service to get it changed to my partners name because he had a passport. Why I need proof of citizenship for a hotel? No idea. Frustrating overall but the room was clean.
