This recently converted three bedroom farmhouse sits on the edge of the lively village of Xaghra. The entranceleads into a hallway and anopen plan kitchen, dining and living room. You can enjoy views of the large south-facing pool and deck area from the lounge.
Situated on ground floor the first twin bedroom together with a spare family bathroom. The stone staircase leads to the first floor with the other 2 ensuite bedrooms; with 1 double bed with terrace overlooking pool and another twin bedroom with an extra bunk bed perfect for kids as well adults.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Fully refundable security deposit
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of € 400 for private pool properties and € 200 for properties with shared poolis needed to cover for any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) or/and missing itemsand will be charged from the card on file with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival date. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
