The hotel was good and very well located. The staff were attentive, but I would not recommend this hotel because there was no hot water. We could not shower at night or in the morning. We also had to wash our faces with cold water, and with the temperature in Munich (-3), this was a disaster for us. When we complained at the reception desk at check-out, the employee informed us that this happens from time to time but that it had already been reported. This is a big problem and it needs to be resolved immediately and not in a few days, if it has actually been reported or they tell each guest this knowing that they will not return and therefore cannot be sure if the problem has been resolved. Simply NO GO.

La struttura è comoda. Non ha la classica hall e non c'è personale, tranne uno che aiuta nel chek in informatizzato. Camere un pochino datate, ma particolari con doccia a vetro in camera. Nel complesso sembra un ambiente un po' freddo e senz'anima, ma per una notte va benissimo. Ottima la colazione nel ristorante da Nina, con accesso interno dall'Hotel.

Not suitable for friends travelling together
In the begging given a room with upstairs loft bedroom. Not suitable for us Also these hotel has completely clear showers so no privacy. When traveling with sister totalling inappropriate Moved to a smaller room , no loft But had to take turns changing in toilet when other person was in shower Also this room had a smell to it that was very prominent after returning from daily tour We got excellent service from the male duty manager in sorting out some if issues. Hotel has a good location

Excellent stay!
The hotel is in an excellent position just a few minutes walk from the station, check in was quick and easy with the help of the very efficient and friendly staff on duty at the time. The rooms and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean this includes the fitness room and the sauna which is not normally available until 5pm but the hotel staff opened up the sauna on request from 7am so we could use it before breakfast. The cold buffet style breakfast was varied and of a very high standard which included hot eggs and bacon cooked to order. The check out was simple and we were able to use the free bag storage facility and spend the rest of our last day in Munich without carrying our bags with us. The quirky nature of the rooms with the clear glass shower cubicles next to the beds provides an interesting talking point but this was not an issue for us.

Wonderful historic hotel right in the city. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only downside is because it is a wonder historic hotel there is no AC (we knew this), however we happened to stay during an unexpected heat wave…87-90 degrees outside. Weather is out of their control, but our last night we opted to stay in an AC hotel. Highly recommend it during the right climate!

I had a wonderful stay at Flemings! It was very convenient across from Central Station, but my room was thankfully nice and quiet. Reception gave me my VIP upgrade upon arrival, the room was at the end of the hall and larger - perfect! The free breakfast I also received was delicious and well varied. I arrived late to it the 2nd day, but the staff still accommodated a quick taking for me. The restaurant (I stopped in for wine) also had a very friendly staff. The two women at reception check-in/out were exceptional. So nice, knowledgeable and just good people. Thank you Onyi! I would definitely stay here again for Oktoberfest or to be close to Central Station in general.

Very centrally placed hotel with easy access to transport. The staff are delightful and the included breakfast is very good - buffet style with lots of choices and they will cook you eggs to order. The main restaurant is mainly Italian and it didn’t really suit my needs but it seemed full. If you want to avoid steps you walk through the restaurant to get to the lift. The shower is wholly exposed so suggest you don’t share a room with someone you don’t want to see all of! Free bottle of water is a nice touch.

I left something in my room and emailed them immediately when I got to the airport, so 52 mins after leaving the hotel. Asked if it can be sent to me and I'd pay for the shipping and they said nothing was left in my room. Which I know for a fact it was cause I left a bottle of champagne in the fridge that barely worked as well. I can't get this item ever again or anywhere else. I even offered to pay for the shipping. They have not emailed me back and it's been 4 days. Also the Air conditioner (if you want to call it that) barely worked. Woke up sweating every night. The check in process I felt not great at all. They had one screen up with everyone's info on it while we had to check ourselves in. I will not be staying here again or any of the other properties they have. The room and hotel seemed out of date. There are better hotels around Munich I will stay next time.
