Good location, but not worth being charged twice.
Hotel is in a good location, clean, and breakfast was good. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel at all. Some minor annoyances include being told breakfast finished at 11, to find some days it stops at 10, and also having housekeeping enter the room times on check out day whilst we were trying to pack and dress. Biggest problem was being charged for the full stay at check in, and then them charging AGAIN at check out. I tried to explain I had already paid, the receptionist laughed this off and dismissed me - said it would just be being “held” by my bank. He would not accept what I was telling him at all, but I was correct and it has been taken from my account twice. I’ve been trying to have this rectified for 3 days, no response to emails from the hotel. Guest Relations contacted them and got no response, turns out no one can do anything about it for another 3 days because their finance team are now on holiday. I originally emailed them before the holidays began. I asked how to escalate this, I was told to go to my bank. There are MANY other hotels in Munich, don’t risk it with this one.

DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE. Unfriendly staff. Didn't inform us that there was a passage to the train station from the lobby. Breakfast was a mess. We booked this hotel because of the rave reviews of the breakfast. There were literally hundreds of people. We were asked to go to the breakfast area at 6AM to avoid the crown. SERIOUSLY??? it's your job to manage your guests so your facilities are not crowded

Parking is expensive and they do not validate I had to cancel a few nights of my stay which hotels.com and the hotel agreed. After I left, they charged me the full amount. I needed to waste a lot of time talking to 3 different people there and to hotels.com and it’s still not resolved
