Location 5/5 Service 5/5 We had a minor "water issue" on the first day, the team quickly upgraded us to the only room they had available, no hassle, not fuss (really liked that). The location of the hotel is so good, very easy to get around. The hotel is looking a little "tired", definitely due for a minor facelift. The team on the front desk are about as nice and friendly as you could possibly want. Would 100% think about staying on my next Munich visit

The location is fantastic- loved the convenience and being in the middle of downtown Munich. We had booked the suite and while it was spacious there was no drawer and hardly and space or furniture to hang clothes. The bathroom was old, no walk in shower only a bath tub shower. On the weekend you could hear the noise & music from the bar below the room. Overall - the location and view was great, the rest average
