In Family selection we were pampered and treated like family. The areas were well kept. Attention to kids activities were very important to us. Our kids 7,5 loved it. They could have a little more activities during the evening. Property was clean and food was good. You did not go thirsty either.

The supervisor's response made no sense and simply ruined the mood for the rest of the stay. I would not return to this resort and would opt for a different one since it is a beautiful area.
