Very good 8.0
Great location off Cromwell Rd
The location of this hotel is excellent being just off Cromwell Rd and a quick 5 minute walk to Gloucester Rd tube station on the Piccadilly line from LHR. The rooms in this hotel are very good with apartment style facilities like a microwave/stove, stove top, good size fridge etc. the bathroom is a good size. Overall the room facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Unfortunately for me three things let this hotel down. 1. The person/s in the room above me were up until late and then up again around 6am and you could hear every footstep above which made for a crap sleep. 2. A 4pm check-in is ridiculous and the latest check in I have ever had anywhere. 3. The check out process was slow. No staff were on hand to recover my bags when I went back to collect them and had to wait 15-20 minutes. The upside is if you get a good quiet room, the room itself is very good and the location excellent.

Great location and rooms. Lacking in bar service.
Room was great. Cleaned perfectly. Need to pick up their bar service. No tonic, one white wine available. Had to ask reception for service at the bar.

That extra touch
Excellent location, helpful staff, and having a suite with a kitchenette is great for a longer stay. Close to a tube station which is a bonus in London. And full marks for providing an early check in when we arrived after a very long overnight flight!

Location and room seize.
The staff was very gracious on trying to fix a mistake on my reservation. The rooms are bigger than the general rule in London. Shame that they look and feel very worn and tired. The mattress I had was terrible. Having all this said, I keep in going to this hotel because of location, room seize and staff. Plus laundry and gym!

Fair 4.0
Terrible. I was able’ to book a room for 4 on your website but it was impossible for 2 adults to sleep on the coach. It was terrible. They didn’t want to do anything ! And your are responsible: you are not supposed to let them book for 4 people

A new London home to work from
All was well. I definitely recommend to call and verify the room and facilities you will/may have as it is a listed building and the rooms are delightfully non-standard. Yet, they go out of their way to make things right. It was magical and lovely to be there. The room was glorious and absolutely perfect. A true home when you have to not be at home right down to a fully equipped kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay
The staff was very helpful and the accommodation was comfortable, quiet and yet very near the Gloucester Road tube station. The Gloucester Road station is served by the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines and therefore, it is very convenient to visit many tourist attractions in London. I think that it is better than a hotel as it also provides cooking facilities.
