Street Parking Prohibited At All Times.Community Will Ticket If Parked On Street. Park Two Cars In Driveway and Two Cars in Garage If Allowed By Property Owner. OverflowParking At Clubhouse. The HOA Allows Each Home 8 Community Passes. They Must Be Shared Amongst Guests. The HOA Does Not Allow For Additional Passes To Be Purchased. Passes Are Provided At Checkin With A $50 Cash Or Check Refundable Deposit Per Pass. Guest Must Complete Rental Application Provided By Bishops Landing And Return to Coldwell Banker Vacations Within 10 Days of Reservation. HOA and Owner are Provided Copies of Application and Agreement. Minimum 7 day rental.

Parking Notes: Street parking is prohibited at all times and cars will be ticketed is parked on the street. Overflow parking is available at the Clubhouse. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway.



A fee will be charged for any pass/permit that is lost, missing, or not returned.





Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)



The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
