The Thistle is a lovely hotel with good mattresses, big and fluffy towels and amazingly quiet rooms. I love the proximity to Kensington Park and you are close to Queensway with its’ shops and tube and bus access.

Excellent location- across the road from Hyde park , 2 mins from tube station, 1 minute from bus stop and 10-15 min walk from Notting Hill and Portobello market. Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, nice bed and bath/shower. Breakfast very good and reasonable price - as one an evening meal we had. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time. I took my sister down for her birthday and we did lots of exploring. The hotel was perfect for getting around with 2 tube lines very close by and easy walking distance into central London if you don’t like the tubes. Would be more than happy to visit again.

We have stayed at the Thistle Hyde Park several times. It is a great location close to several tube stations, lots of restaurants and Hyde Park for walks. There is a great breakfast and the staff are very helpful. We had a split stay at the Thistle and they were able to store our large luggage while we went on short trip to Edinburgh. Would highly recommend the Thistle and it has become our choice to stay whenever we go to London.

Once again, loved our stay at this hotel. This is our second time staying here and we were as pleased with the experience as we were the first time. The check-in process is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is walkable and great with the Queensway station just a couple streets over. There is a market directly next to the hotel for any little things you may need and the area is quiet. We had an updated bathroom from the last time we stayed and the updated shower made for a much improved experience. We loved everything about our stay and will continue to return when in London
