Amazing room and common areas and well-located in one of the busiest parts of London. Stayed over NYE and it was a welcome respite from the hustle of the city. Our check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful, big commendations to them. Would highly recommend.

We arranged a pickup from the airport which was a great start. The hotel was lovely and well situated. James the concierge was super helpful - got us tickets and gave us recommendations! We had a very short overnight stay to attend the Palladium for a show.Location could not be better for the theatre and shops including the famous libertys of London!Hotel entrance and reception felt exclusive due to the understated door way,which led to a large glamorous reception.Staff were polite and friendly.Kindly brought us lots more milk and tea bags late at night.Wish we had more time to try the pool but we have to be out of our room by 11am,which is average for most hotels.
