Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!

I booked a single room and while the room was small (as described in the room info), it was very comfortable, clean, and the layout of the small room was good. The front desk staff were so wonderful and helpful in answering my questions and getting me additional complimentary bottled water every day of my stay. The bottled water was such a huge bonus to me! Thanks. There was construction going on with the street in front of the hotel, but it was only during the day for a few hours on my first day there. (I stayed Thursday-Sunday at the beginning of May.) I had an early morning flight so I booked the night prior and was able to check-in the morning I landed without a problem. I did call and confirm the 'late' check-in with them a few days prior. I know some hotels have early check-in possibilities with a fee, but I wanted to make sure I had a room as soon as I landed. It was well worth it to me for a red-eye flight. The location was an easy walk with luggage to the Paddington Station. Great restaurants nearby. I'm very happy with the experience.
