Check in and check out was easy, front desk folks were nice and friendly. Hotel was quiet, and breakfast was also good. My only issue in the room was hot tap water was really hot, and cold tap water was also pretty warm for some reason, both in the shower and bathroom sink. Coldest shower water I could get was borderline uncomfortably hot for me.

Dingy, noisy, barking dogs, dubious looking characters in the parking lot, and the SMOKE DETECTOR WAS DANGLING FROM THE CEILING, clearly out of order. And for the finishing touch, the toilet did not work. Job well done!

The customer service was on point, especially after i requested that they reclean the bathroom due to us finding dirty laundry. The room was clean everwhere else. We all slept comfortably and the amount of beds to price was good. I would return to this hotel mostly because of their friendly staff.
