The hotel that made us say “never motel 6 again”
I understand when booking a motel 6 it’s the cheapest and usually not in the best shape but this motel 6 takes the cake for being the worst one. Not only did we have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to let us in to check in; the room was FILTHY, run down, and no hot water. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but we ended up asking for a refund within minutes of seeing the room. I will say, when we asked for a refund the guy was nice and understanding.

Can’t check into my hotel.
I arrived at 7:20pm and there was no one in the lobby. I rang the bell, called, waited and no one showed up to check me into the hotel! There was another guest that showed up after my arrival and we both waited and we finally left. I was very upset and had to find another property to stay for the night in a pinch.

I wasn't allowed any visitors they wouldn't let me pay for any additional people. There was no batteries in the remote no refridgerator which i paid for and a broken bed. I'll never go here again.

The most beautiful Motel 6 place to stay
Unlike all other Motel 6 motels, this location in Anaheim Hills provided us the amazingly pretty architecture design to fascinate us. Especially, interior of the front office was very elegant and beautiful, that looked gorgeous and could be luxurious.

The front desk was nice. Our room floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. It was last minute reservation so it was basically this or sleep in our car. The walls had holes and the building looks like it’s falling apart.

Worst experience ever
Room was filthy. Trash still left from previous customers. You stick to the floor. Desk missing knob and they just had a bolt out. Dust bunnies on the floor. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Towels had lipstick stains and when you asked for a clean one the get pissed. Worst customer service. Pictures on the site are not what you get. Bug traps on the floor. I guess since this is a bad review they won't let me upload the picture but i am sending them to the health board in California.
