Confusing experience

From the rating and the actual hotel was actually pretty confusing. The ratings were talking how great the hotel is but when me and my family arrived in that hotel it was the complete opposite. Our hotel room (mainly the bathroom) had issues, toilet was clogged and even our bathtub was clogged. For some reason our phone device wasn't working and had to get an engineer to fix it for us.
