The hotel was very clean , the staff super friendly and helpful Personally, One of the best hotels that i have stayed at The only downside was that the air conditioner had a rattling noise and it was hard to sleep and they don’t have free breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights, and they only cleaned the room one day, I asked the reception why they didn't clean my room and they told me that they were going to clean my room only one day and that if I needed sheets or towels I needed to go down stairs to reception to Pick up the things . oh and they just told me I'm sorry, and the hotel is very expensive, I don't recommend staying at that hotel

Mediocre rooms service for a lot of money
We were not impressed and won’t be going back. We reserved two room one king bed and two queens and we’re gonna be there for two nights. First we weren’t given what we reserved we got two rooms with queen beds and were told they couldn’t give us what we wanted (what we reserved and adjoining rooms) because they were saving those rooms for people who were checking in after us and only staying for one night. The rooms we were given were dirty there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the toilets were practically on the ground level like they were kiddie toilets. In one of the rooms we were only given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. The pillows were flat and to add an extra pillow was uncomfortable. Just poor service and accommodations for the $1500 we paid. Guess we didn’t pay enough to get better service in their eyes.

Good hotel. Close to the parks.
The hotels complex look nice. Is a newer hotel. First time staying here. My beds were really uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep. Its a small thing but the door for the bathroom Couldn't close unless you push it really hard and the reason was because the bottom of the door was chipping.
