My family and I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort! We stayed there were for almost a week and opted for one of the junior suites with club access. Our room was a little on the older side, but was extremely spacious and had stunning views of the ocean. The daily breakfast at the club was also amazing - we were surprised by the quality and selection of foods, as well as the service of the staff at the club. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Misrain, who staffed the omelette station, and Julio Cesar and Joseu Antonio at happy hour. Overall, it's a beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay here - I'd highly recommend!

Beautiful Hotel—Terrible Service
The hotel is beautiful. We paid for Club level which includes breakfast. The breakfast area is key access only and if you’re black they come by to be sure by asking your room number. White guests were not accosted in this manner. We sat down to eat and my friend got sick so we gathered our plates (1 plate each) to head back to our room. We were told we could order room service. The breakfast staff were awful. I will never pay for Club again.

Great staff and services. Beach was very nice and there is a convenience store (Go Mart) below the hotel within three minutes walk.
