Overpriced and Underwhelming – Not Worth the Cost
Review: The hotel is small and tries to present itself as a boutique hotel, but it is extremely basic. The breakfast costs €22 and is truly disappointing – very few options, no fruit, and a limited selection of bread. I paid €350 per night for a hotel that’s worth, at most, €100 (or less). The cleanliness is adequate, but what really upset me was the fact that I expected much more: the room, bathroom, and elevator are tiny. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the price is absolutely not justified. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, but overall, it’s not worth the money.

My room was located directly off lobby and it was keep you awake aloud at times. Hotel employees would stand outside and smoke and this smell would come into the room. Lastly, the shower would leak water all the way into the carpeting. I think the other rooms in this hotel might be nice but my experience was pretty bad.

The gentleman at the front desk greeted me warmly and when the room safe did not work, I was promptly upgraded to a larger room. Wonderful customer service! The hotel breakfast was lovely. Overall I would stay there again. Location was close to everything and I felt very safe in the area.
