Superb 9.2 From 201 reviews

Exceptional 10.0
Hotel very accommodating and friendly. Made several arrangements for us while visiting. There is a small up charge for the convenience but not bad. Location is great for local attractions and easy transportation. Quieter than San Germaine area. A special thank you to the staff that helped us with the complexities of our plans.

Poor 2.0
Bed bugs and thieves
The hotel seemed charming. Until my family all got bed bugs and rashes. I don’t think will all the photos to post of the bites since they’re so gross, but I tried to attach them to this review to fully warn other consumers. To make matters worse, the hotel tried to claim we broke one of their crappy $50 TVs that are about 22” and just charged my card for 400 Euro! After I had left Paris and without even one photo of evidence, just an email and an invoice with a flat 400 Euro charge for a TV you can find at a bestbuy or online for $50 or less. And we never even touched the TVs and had we actually damaged it they would have photos of that and not IMMEDIATELY refunded the charge when I complained. Clearly this place is staffed with crooks, is nesting ground for bed bugs and is probably the worst value for my money I’ve gotten on in hundreds of nights booked. gave me a small credit but the hotel refused to reimburse us for even one night of our three there despite photographic proof of the bug bites and rashes. Luckily they went away quickly the following when we left to Venice to an actual and genuine nice hotel. Save yourself some trouble and stay somewhere else when you visit Paris.

Strongly recommend for your stay in Paris
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons: 1. The location of the hotel is just perfect, very close (within few mins of walking) to the Eiffel tower and the restaurants. There is a small grocery shop selling fresh fruits just next to the hotel and a fast food place (in case you want to have a quick grub). We travelled with our 6 year boy, having quick access to this grocery store worked out great for us. In case you are in for an extended trip and would like to get your laundry done, there is a coin laundry facility just next to the hotel. Although we didn't use this, I thought this was much better than having to use the hotel services with their exorbitant charges. 2. The receptionists were phenomenal. Very approachable and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were out first encounter with the French and they really made a great impression on us. Cons: Do not expect the rooms to be spacious. Again this is a common trait of the European hotels (so nothing out of the ordinary). Having an extra bed for our boy made the room a little hard to move about.

Very good 8.0
Good place but currently renovating
Lovely atmosphere, friendly, welcoming & nice touches of free snacks & drinks in lounge, & a free smart phone during your stay. Room was modern, attractive and very clean, as was the bathroom. However, at the moment, their elevator is broken, therefore I had a sleepless night as the walls are thin & the noise of other guests walking up & downstairs was loud! It’s a small hotel & noise travels. Additionally, there was building work that was loud and started at 9am. Lastly, they have the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever experienced! Hard, thick, solid square blocks & unusable! I spoke to the receptionist about this when I checked out & he said a few other guests had also mentioned the pillows. So, to summarise, I’d happily stay there again, but not until the 3 issues above are sorted!

Exceptional 10.0
Amazing stay at Le Tourville Eiffel! I was there on a work trip and it was made so seamless due to the great service, room and location of the accommodation. The service was great the moment we entered. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. They did mention that the lifts were going under servicing however, the staff were all very helpful to move things etc. Location was near the Eiffel tower, as well as several cafes, shops just a stone throw away. Near the Metro as well, which was very convenient (just to take note the stations are quite packed with people in the morning as the location is close to the Eiffel tower). It was also about a 20-30 min walk to a shopping area and several museums. 10/10 would recommend & would stay again!
