This hotel provided bare minimum. Tiny shampoo etc enough for 1 person even though there were 2 of us. 1 coffee but little coffee maker had a broken lid. Stain on the rug Beds were comfort which is what really mattered to us. We were just here for a place to stay between 2 ball games. But for over $350 for the night I would have expected alittle more

Location is without a doubt the best thing going for this location. Staff is knowledgeable about area and very helpful at the front desk. The only things needed here are new carpet, bed frames, a lick of paint, and a good cleaning. During the summer, if the pool is out of order, you should let your customers know. Parking is spot on! Housekeeping staff is brilliant! Thank you.

Our room was not ready for the 3pm check in. Waited 3 hours. Couldn’t check in til 6pm. Reception area was not air conditioned. There was no pool. Breakfast was a few small items: yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Only plus. Room was clean-ish & centrally located to stadiums. Would think long & hard before I stayed there again

For $300+ I figured, maybe this isn't the old Days Inn, but in fact it was, just some surge pricing in effect. The best I'll say is that the sheets and bathroom were clean, staff were helpful, and the free breakfast was actually pretty OK (even if the bagels were weirdly individually wrapped in plastic wrap). However, the carpet was dingy and the headboard is deteriorating such that bits of black/gold paint were flaking off onto the pillows, and the bottom of the bathroom door was missing a lot of paint -- so, shabbier than average. Our corner room was quiet, and the location worked really well for us and our specific plans, but of course there are many places to stay in the Inner Harbor. Circa 2005 Cable TV fine for flipping channels, AC and wifi work, good hot water. Pool is currently closed for renovation. Basically everything you'd expect from a standard 2-star hotel and nothing more. Thank you to the staff who did a great job, the property could just use renovation.

We stayed here while traveling for a concert at the Arena next door. The staff was great and very attentive. You get what you pay for, the hotel is definitely dated once you get past the lobby. You could hear every noise from the bathroom, which was small and limited. There also were no trash cans in the room. When we went to leave the parking garage at 4:00 am, we had a small issue, but someone promptly fixed it after using the call feature.

I wasn't expecting much from a downtown hotel - and that's exactly what we got. It was clean enough. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The keys to my room didn't work - I went down and they assured me they did. One of them came up with me - tried several times, succeeded on one attempt, then it failed. She went downstairs and got me a new room. Parking garage is attached - but a bit confusing and lonely. No nearby restaurant. We would probably not stay there again.

Easy parking and check in. Nice walk to pratts ale house and cfg bank arena. Hotel could use some updates of tech and overall look. Could also reopen the restaurant and upgrade the breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay it worked out for our concert really well. Was a little pricey for what you get, but you pay for convenience.
